The Keohane Company is rapidly growing and expanding into the development side of the construction business. Our team of professionals are constantly searching for development opportunities, be it land purchases, single lots or multiple lots, or existing buildings for conversion to condominiums and apartments.

Recent purchases by The Keohane Company will see us building up to 100 condos in Boston, New Bedford and beyond. This will include a 12 story tower in historic downtown New Bedford that will support 42 high-end condos. A link will be set up to each project as permitting is finalized.
